What is Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a non-chemical, non-invasive procedure that uses a spray of microcrystals to remove the outermost layer of dry, dead skin cells and reveal younger, healthier-looking skin.

How Long Does Microdermabrasion Last

Results from your microdermabrasion treatment can last for six to twelve months, but may last longer depending on how well you take care of your skin after treatment.

How Many Office Visits Are Required?

Initially 5 to 8 treatments spaced 7-10 days apart are recommended for most people. Acne scars and or discolorations may require more treatments. Monthly maintenance treatments every 2 or 3 months may be necessary to maintain results. Microdermabrasion is a safe and common procedure.
